ENVY EXTERIORS SERVICE TERMS

1. Envy Exteriors is NOT liable for any items left in the vehicle or if the vehicle is left outside of the shop overnight.

2. Envy Exteriors is NOT liable for any damage on the vehicle that was previously there, occurred once the customer has picked up the vehicle, or if the vehicle has been left outside overnight.

3. Envy Exteriors cannot guarantee the removal of all contaminants, including but not limited to odors, irreversible interior stains, irreversible paint damage, deep scratches on the exterior, etc.

4. If there is an issue with services provided, the customer must contact Envy Exteriors within 24 hours.

5. All fully paid sales are FINAL after service is completed.

6. Please cancel/reschedule all appointments at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

7. Full payment for all services agreed upon, either orally or written, must be received before the vehicle is released.
